Manufacturer Sales Manager Visits

ERT Lighting aims to be as accommodating as possible in setting up visits to our Austin and San Antonio offices.  We are typically booked out 90-120 days in advance, so please plan ahead to reserve your spot!  In fairness to the volume of requests we receive, we ask that our visiting reps limit their trip to one full day of sales calls / training in each office.  Please contact Cheryl Hurst for scheduling availability by email at cheryl@ertlighting.com.  To expedite the process, please download and complete our Manufacturer Visit Request Form and include in your email to Cheryl.  

Recommended Itinerary

We have found that Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays afford us the best opportunity to set up sales calls with our clients, therefore we ask that you use Mondays / Fridays for travel days.  We typically set up sales calls in the morning and afternoon, reserving lunch time for staff training unless we have a client Lunch & Learn scheduled.

If you offer an AIA accredited CEU presentation, please let us know!  This will help us get you in front of a much larger audience.  For some firms, this is the only way in the door.

Additional Notes

Completing our Manufacturer Visit Request Form is the best way you can help us prepare for your successful visit.  Many of our clients require specific information on product being presented to agree to an appointment.  This information should be sent at least 4 weeks in advance.

Please plan on making your own arrangements for a rental car and hotel during your visit. Our offices are approximately 75 miles apart, with the drive taking between 70-90 minutes depending on traffic.  If you would like hotel recommendations we will be happy to provide you with a few options.
