STARTUP SERVICES

• General scheduling lead time from time of form submission is 2 weeks.
• Please send the pertinent completed form to your local distributor to begin scheduling.
• Electrical contractor must be on-site during entire service visit.
• Return visits are billable if system is deemed not ready for startup, and/or end user(s) are not available for user training.
